Directions As a dietary supplement, take three Sci-Caps 30 minutes prior to breakfast and three Sci-Caps six-hours later with eight ounces of water. To asses tolerance, begin with one Sci-Cap and increase dosage until tolerance level is established up to three Sci-Caps. Do not exceed six Sci-Caps in any 24-hour period.
