is an advanced formula that combines four of the most effective ingredients available:

» Creatine, Glutamine, Taurine, and Inulin - a natural source of fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS). Each serving supplies 5 grams of CreaPure brand Creatine Monohydrate. The patented production method used to produce CreaPure yields a powder that mixes easily into water or juice and does not readily settle to the bottom. As a result, the gritty taste or texture you may have experience with other creatine powders is not associated with this product. 3 Grams of L-Glutamine, 2 grams of Taurine, and 5 grams of Inulin are also included to aid absorption and help round out this all-inclusive formula. Optimum Nutrition's CGT10 is produced and packaged in our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's). Directions As a dietary supplement mix two rounded teaspoons of CGT10 with 4 oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. For best results, consume one serving 45-60 minutes prior to/and or one serving immediately after exercise or as recommended by a physician or licensed nutritionist. Store in a cool, dry place.
