Ingredients: D-Aspartic acid, Trigonella foenum-graecum seed extract (standardized to 50% Fenuside Saponins), Coleus forskohlii extract (standardized to 20% Forskolin), 7-Methoxyflavone.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning and two (2) capsules in the evening, preferably on an empty stomach. For best results, use Hard FX for eight (8) weeks. After eight (8) weeks of use, discontinue use of Hard FX for at least four (4) weeks before using again.
